Postage is calculated by weight and shipped via Australia Post. Orders ship within 2 business days.

We recommend you choose a tracked parcel. If you choose no tracking, we do not accept responsibility for your parcel once it is posted.

While Old School Stitches is an online store, orders may be picked up by appointment only. Please send us an email or give as a call to arrange a time.

For international customers, shipping rates may not be accurate. If shipping costs less than cart, additional costs will be refunded.

Returns and refunds

Fabric and lace and any other merchandise cut and sold by the metre cannot be returned except in the event of defective goods or a shipping error. No patterns or books may be returned.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your shipping date. All merchandise must be returned in original condition. There will be a 10% administration fee applied to all returns. We can not credit shipping charges. Please call or e-mail for approval and return address before returning merchandise.
