This double sided wash away tape is a life saver!
By effectively and temporarily holding piping and binding across pleats while you sew this tape helps provide the perfect neckline finish on a bishop or straight line across the top of smocking on a yoke. Then it just disappears in the wash.
One of those must have notions for smocking!!
